Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Days: We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping to NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, NT, ACT, and SA.
  • Shipping Options: Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Signature on Delivery

  • You’re in control! If you would like a signature required upon delivery, simply leave a note in your order at checkout.
  • No Signature: If you opt out of signature on delivery, we are not liable for any lost parcels.

Important Note: In some locations, Australia Post may still require a signature regardless of your preference.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for lost or damaged shipments. However, we care about your experience—please contact us at info@ambienteaus.com.au if something goes wrong, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law and all relevant consumer protection legislation.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we’ve made an error—such as sending the wrong product, size, colour, or quantity—or if an item is missing or faulty:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Provide photo evidence of the issue.
  • If verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If a replacement is not possible, we’ll issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and packaging) to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product that is not faulty:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • You’ll also need to cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Please contact our customer service team at info@ambienteaus.com.au Include your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.We aim to process all eligible returns and refunds promptly and fairly. Refunds are issued at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
