Our product prices may change periodically. Current prices are listed on our website in Australian dollars and include GST, but delivery charges are additional. By purchasing, you accept the prices listed at the time of your purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, and by purchasing, you agree to their terms and conditions.


Our products are made with natural and/or organic ingredients. Use them as directed on the packaging. As individual reactions can vary, we are not responsible for any adverse skin reactions. Orders and Payments
Placing Orders: When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these T&C. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason.


Payment: Payment for products must be made via the available payment methods on the website. All prices are in AUD inclusive of GST but may be subject to shipping fees, and other charges which will be added at checkout.


Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This is not an acceptance of your order, which only occurs when the product is shipped.


Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies (see "Returns & Refunds" section below).


Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, NT, ACT & SA. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.


Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once the order has been dispatched. However, please contact us if you experience issues, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.


Returns & Refunds
We process returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer protection laws.


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.


If you believe the products are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason. If eligible, we will process your replacement or refund promptly, using the same payment method. Refunds are issued at our discretion, unless required by law.

Yes you’re welcome to collect from our office in Appin or at any local markets we may attend in your area. Please reach out to us for local market pick-up. 

Why do our prices differ between markets and our online store?

We’ve intentionally set our market prices lower to encourage people to get out and explore local events and markets. Here's why:

Supporting Local & Encouraging Exploration: Our market prices are designed to make it easier for you to support small businesses while enjoying the experience of discovering new products in person. We believe that getting out and about is important, and we want to make it more affordable for you to do so!
     
  2. Reduced Overhead at Markets: When selling at markets, we have fewer operational costs compared to running an online store. This allows us to offer lower prices at markets while still maintaining the quality of our products.
     
  3. Online Convenience: While we offer lower prices at markets, online shopping provides the convenience of browsing and ordering from anywhere. We factor in the costs of packaging and maintaining an online store, which can make online prices a bit higher.
     
  4. Exclusive In-Person Experience: We want to make visiting us at markets a special experience! By offering discounted prices at these events, we’re encouraging people to come and connect with us face-to-face while getting the best value for their purchases.
